The fourth and penultimate night of the Sanremo Music Festival 2017 is here! This evening sees the final of the Nuove Proposte category, as well as the continuation of the Campioni competition.

Night 4 of Sanremo 2017 will air from 20:35 CET on the following channels:

Tonight’s show will run for around 4 hours, finishing at 00:30 CET.

Campioni continues

Three nights of the Campioni competition are down and we’re now on to the next stage of the contest.

A total of 20 acts will compete in tonight’s show in which they will perform their songs entries for a second time. However, the voting process in tonight’s show will change.

Following the 20 performances, a combined vote consisting of 40% televote, 30% expert jury vote and 30% demoscopic poll vote will take place in order to determine the top acts of the evening. The demoscopic poll vote is composed of votes from around 300 music fans.

Once the votes are combined, the top 16 of the evening will qualify to tomorrow night’s Sanremo 2017 final, whilst the bottom 4 acts will be eliminated from the competition.

Nuove Proposte final!

Tonight also sees the final of the Nuove Proposte final, in which we will see a total of 4 acts compete for the Newcomer crown.

The same voting procedure as tonight’s Campioni competition will feature in the Nuove Proposte category. The act which receives the highest percentage of the votes will be crown to Nuove Proposte 2017 winner!
