On this Super Saturday evening, Finland will be one of the 5 countries to select their entries this evening in the final of their national selection, Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu 2016. Which of tonight’s 9 finalists will go on to represent Finland at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest?
Over the last 3 weeks, 3 semi-final shows took place which saw 18 acts in total bidding for a place in the final of Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (UMK) 2016. With 3 acts qualifying from each semi-final, a total of 9 finalists will compete in tonight’s show in a bid to represent Finland at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest.
Tonight’s winner will be decided via a combination of jury and public votes, the public votes consisting of televoting, SMS voting and online voting.
