The results are in for the seventh show in the Lithuanian national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016.
The results of show 7 are as follows:

- Aistė Pilvelytė – You bet
- Ieva Zasimauskaitė – Life (Not that beautiful)
- Ruslanas Kirilkinas – In my world
- Saulenė Chlevickaitė – Strong
- Milda Martinkėnaitė – If tomorrow never comes
That means that E.G.O, 4 Roses and Neringa Šiaudikytė are now out of the competition.
There is now one more round in the preliminary rounds of the competition on 27 February, followed by a semi-final on 5 March, and the final, where Lithuania decides who it is sending to Stockholm in May, is on 12 March.
