The 1991 Portuguese Eurovision representative and Fado queen Dulce Pontes will be visiting Spain in the next days where she will be gracing the 2015 Badasom Music Festival in Badajoz.

The Portuguese Fado singer will be joined by great flamenco and fado singers on stage;  Sara Baras, Niña Pastori, Ana Moura, Celia Romero and Cuca Roseta. The Badasom Festival is scheduled to be held in Badojoz from 9-11 July.

At the festival Dulce will be treating her fans with the premiere of some of her latest entries that will be featured in her forthcoming new album Puerto de abrigo.

Dulce Pontes has come a long way since her Eurovision days when she defended the Lusitan colours back in 1991. Today she is well known Fado singer both at home in Portugal and overseas; Spain, Romania, France, Italy etc.

Dulce Pontes represented Portugal at the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest with her entry Lusitana Paixao, achieving an honorable 8th place in Rome.
