Georgia: Natia Bunturi will announce the Georgian votes!

GPB, the Georgian national broadcaster has announced that Natia Bunturi will be the 2015 Georgian Eurovision spokesperson during the voting, thus will announce the country’s votes during the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest on 23 May.

Natia is the host of GPB’s morning show Our Morning aired on GPB1. She is a well known television host in her home country.

Nina Sublatti won the golden ticket to Vienna with her entry Warrior during the 2015 Georgian Eurovision national final. Nina will close the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest Semi-final 1, thus performing 16th on Tuesday 19 May. Famous Georgian fashion designer Keti Chkhikvadze will be responsible for Nina’s Eurovision outfit. She will also take care of Nina’s outfit for the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest Opening Ceremony scheduled to be held on 17 May.

Georgia debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007 with Sopho Khalvashi‘s Visionary Dream. The country is yet to win the event and their  best placing at the contest has been a 9th place in 2010 with Sopho Nizharadze‘s Shine and in 2011 with Eldrine‘s One more day.

The 2015 Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled to be held on 19, 21, 23 May at the Wiener Stadthalle, in Vienna.
