The announcement of the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest host city scheduled for today has been postponed.

NTU, the Ukrainian national broadcaster has delayed the announcement of the 2017 Eurovision host city. More details and information will be released in due course.

A total of 3 cities are bidding to host the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest after being shortlisted by NTU and the Eurovision 2017 Committee: Dnipro, Kyiv and Odessa. The EBU, NTU and the ESC 2017 Committee visited all 3 bidding cities and checked out their respective proposals, venues, premises and infrastructure.

A total of 6 cities officially submitted their respective bids to host the forthcoming 2017 Eurovision Song Contest in Ukraine next year.

The 2017 Eurovision host city bidding race kicked off on 24 June and is expected to conclude by 1 August, consisting of 4 stages.

The 2017 Eurovision host city will be announced during a special press conference in due course.

The preliminary dates for the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest have been set on 9, 11 and 13 May.
