Hind, the Dutch/Moroccan singer that will represent The Netherlands at the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade has just finished her debut performance of her entry. She performed the song during the pre-recording of Thank God it's Friday which will be aired tonight at 21.40 CET through Dutch channel NED 3. esctoday.com was present as well during the pre-recording of the show.

The show starts with the introduction of the Dutch commentator of the Eurovision Song Contest and eurovision expert, Cornald Maas. He makes another pleafor a continuation of the Dutch participation in The Eurovision Song Contest in the future. Then the host of the show, Claudia de Breij, challenges him to take a quiz withtwo Eurovision fans from the audience. Coincidentally she chooses esctoday.com's editor René Romkes to compete against Cornald.

Then Hind is invited to join them on stage as well.Claudia and Hind starttalking about her forthcoming participation while thethree contestants play the quiz.Hind tells Claudia that she has always been a fan of the contest and that she felt honoured when Dutch broadcaster NOS asked her to represent the Dutch flag this year in Belgrade. They talk about her participation in Idols as well, and Hind tells that shesent in a song for The Eurovision Song Contest in that same year.

Then Claudia's regular guests, de vinders (the thinkers)- Arthur Japin, Bastiaan Geleijnse and Willy Wartaal, join them to talk about the contest. They will discuss several entries from this year's Eurovision Song Contest. (Ireland, Azerbaijan, Andorra and the favourite to win the Belgian selection this Sunday; Oh julissi na jalini from Ishtar). Claudia and her guests will also do a special Eurovision medley. After that it becomes time to presentHind's ownsong,Your heart belongs to me; a song which she wrote alreadyfve years ago.

Yourheart belongs tome has an uptempo beat with several Arabic influences. The song goes very well with the audience. The performance of Hindis very strong and convincing.
