Czeská televize will be holding the second final in their Eurovision Song Contest history on 26th January 2008. Ten acts will be competing and the winner will be decided by sms voting which will start on 3rd January, the day the participants and songs will be presented.

In a press conference held on 3rd January, Česká televize will be announcing the ten acts who will take part in the Eurosong 2008 competition for the honour to represent Czech Republic in Belgrade. Sms voting for the winner will start on the same day, the number of sms's per cell phone number is restrictd to ten.

During the final, which will be held on 26th January there will be a special guest, a famous band from Slovakia according to Česká televize. A live webcast will be provided on the broadcaster's website for international fans.
