Contrazt
Heaven
The dance band Contrazt was established in 2005 and shortly became Norway’s most popular dance band. They won Gullskoen, the award for the dance band of the year, in 2011 and 2012.
Contrazt is a hardworking band as they released an album every year so far, and have about 70 concerts every year.
The band includes five musicians – Gro Anita Johansen (vocals), Leif Dybendal (guitar/vocals), Hans Olav Trøen (bass), Roar Sagerud (drums) and Conny Nordvall (keyboards).
Usually Contrazt sing in Norwegian but in MGP they will compete with the English love song Heaven, written by the Danish composers Jan Lysdahl and Jacob Collin Launbjerg.
