Last week, the first four Hungarian Eurovision hopefuls qualified for the national final.  Tonight, we have completed the line-up as four more artists earned a place in the final of A Dal. These eight acts will perform again next Saturday for the chance to win the Hungarian ticket to the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna.

Results

During the two rounds of voting, the combined jury and televote scores sent three acts through to the final, and the second round of voting saw one more act advance to the grand final on the 28 February. We now know all eight participants bidding for a chance to represent Hungary in May. The results are as follows:

  • Bálint Gájer – That’s how it goes (38 points, SMS qualifier)
  • Ív – Fire (41 points, jury and SMS qualifier)
  • Kati Wolf – Ne engedj el (44 points, jury and SMS qualifier)
  • Passed – Mesmerize (43 points, jury and SMS qualifier)

Therefore Bogi Dallos, Gabi Szűcs, Gergő Oláh, Gyula Éliás Jr. feat. Fourtissimo and Other Planet were eliminated from the competition after receiving the fewest combined votes.
