DJ BoBo, given name Rene Baumann, who represented Switzerland at the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Vampires are alive talks to Radio International in the Netherlands.

DJ BoBo is known for a huge string of hits throughout the 90s and Crazy Zeros with songs such as: Somebody dance with me, There is a a party and Everybody just to mention a few. He was selected to represent Switzerland in 2007 at the Eurovision Song Contest after the disappointing result of Six-4-One in 2006.

Unfortunately, Switzerland did not receive sufficient points to qualify for the Final of the 52nd Eurovision Song Contest. The song received a total of 40 points ranking Switzerland at Number 20 in the Semi Final.
