French Eurostars in critically acclaimed play

First produced on Broadway in 1996, Eve Ensler's play “The Vagina Monologues” is still a huge success all over the world. It has been translated in 26 languages and the French version has revealed the acting talents of three former Eurovision participants.

The French adaptation has now been running for 5 years in Paris, and more than 30 different women have played in it since its debut. Several of the actresses are known from the music scene, three are Eurovision veterans: Isabelle Aubret (1962 French winner and France 1968), Nina Morato (France 1994) and Séverine Ferrer (Monaco 2006). Severine Ferrer (Monaco 2006) has stated that she will be joining the cast that tours France in the months to follow.
