The 14th edition of the BUDVA music festival will take place on June 22nd, 23rd and 24th in Budva , city on Montenegran Adriatic coast. The festival will feature many Eurostars as contestants as well as this year's Eurovision Song Contest winner, Marija Serifovic who will perform in the interval act.
The festival has a long tradition in the country and it attracts artists from all ex-yugoslav countries, many Eurostars amongst them. This year sees Feminem, the Croatian group that represented Bosnia & Herzegovina in 2005, No name (Serbia and Montenegro 2005), Tinka Milovic (Switzerland 2006 as part if Six4One) and last but not least the backing vocalists of Marija Serifovic in the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest in Helsinki amongst the competitors.
Marija herself will appear on stage during the interval act together with more ex-yugoslav participants from this year's contest.
In the past, many Eurovision participants have competed in BUDVA. Extra Nena (Yugoslavia 1992) came 3rd in 1992, Zeljko Joksimovic won in 1998, Dado Topic, this year's Croatian representative, in 2003, and Marija Serifovic won in 2004.
