Sébastien Tellier, who represented France at the Eurovision Song Contest of 2008 with his song Divine, will release a new album next month.
A hugely important and influential figure in French electronic pop music, L’Aventura will be Sébastien Tellier’s fifth album release. Deeply inspired by the sights and sounds of Brazil, a part of the album was recorded at the Cia dos Tecnicos studio in Rio de Janeiro. Veteran French musicians Jean-Michel Jarre and Philippe Zdar (from the house act Cassius) helped to record and mix L’Aventura. Many of the album’s vocal and string arrangements were also contributed by the famed Brazilian composer Arthur Verocai.

L’Aventura is released worldwide on 14th July on Record Makers and Because Music (UK). The album is also available for pre-order on iTunes.
