The 2014 Eurovision Song Contest is over. Despite the Post-Eurovision Syndrome that all the fans do experience, life must go on. So it must for the participants. She is actually willing to come back to the Eurovision Song Contest, she told Federico Llano, head of the Spanish Delegation, right after the show: Fede! In three years, I’m back here!
Ruth Lorenzo is quite satisfied with the result that she has achieved. Not only is she happy about her 10th place. The high viewers ratings the Eurovision Song Contest achieved in Spain has pleased the singer too. The main goal was to make this rise again. To make us see Eurovision as a work of art, she said.
Apart from her performance and the outcome of the contest, Ruth added that she still cannot believe that she has actually participated in it. And though she would like to do it again, she too has her own preferences for other artists to represent Spain, such as Mónica Naranjo, Malú, Marta Sánchez or Xuso Jones.

The winner is the one who had to win. Her message is very strong and I fully support it; those were Ruth’s words for Conchita Wurst, the winner of the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest. The two artist got along really well and they are planning to record one song together.
