Aram MP3, the Armenian representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2014, has revealed that he will be the only vocalist on stage in Copenhagen.

Aram, who will be the first act to take to the stage in the Eurovision Song Contest in Denmark this May after being given the first position in the running order in the first semi-final, told a press conference in the Armenian capital, Yerevan, that he would not be using any additional vocalists for his performance.

The singer stopped short of revealing any further plans about the staging of his entry, Not Alone, which currently sits as the favourite to win the contest in May.

His video for Not Alone also currently tops the view count of the 2014 entries on the official Eurovision Song Contest Youtube page, picking up over 1,000,000 views in its first eight days. You can watch the video below,

2014 will be Armenia’s eighth appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest, with the country having made their debut in 2006. They are yet to win the contest, but their highest finish came in 2008 when Sirusho finished 4th with Qélé qélé.
Last year, Armenia were represented by Dorians, who finished 18th in the grand final with 41 points.
