Tonight the second semi-final of the Estonian national selection show for the Eurovision Song Contest 2014, Eesti Laul 2014, will air on Estonian broadcaster ERR’s television channel ETV.
The Show
The last half of the 20 songs competing to represent Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest will be performed tonight. Five of these songs will join last week’s five successful acts in the final, which will take place on Saturday 1 March. The outcome will be decided by a combination of a jury panel and a public vote.

The contestants
Sandra Nurmsalu, who will perform ninth tonight, came sixth in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 as part of the band Urban Symphony . The full running order is as below

Estonia debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1994 and has since won the contest on one occasion, in 2001 with Tanel Padar and Dave Benton’s entry Everybody. Last year, Estonia were represented by Birgit Oigemeel, who finished 20th with 19 points at the Eurovision Song Contest in Sweden.
