Tonight, Belgium selected the last four semi-finalists that will compete to represent Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest in Denmark. In the past two weeks, already eight artists qualified for a place in the semi-finals. Eight others had to try again in the Callback that took place tonight. The juries and televoters decided together which four acts qualified as well.

Udo, Nelson, Eva Jacobs, Axel Hirsoux, Petra, Yass, Tisha Cyrus and Axeela finished in top 4 during the castings and therefore already made it to the semi-finals. Tonight Bandits, Sil, One Day and 2 Fabiola feat. Loredana managed to qualify for the show next week as well.

Belgium debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1956 and they won the contest once in 1986 with Sandra Kim’s J’aime La Vie.
