Tonight the Bulgarian semi-final was held. The top 9 songs, chosen by a jury panel, proceed to the final that will be held on 24th February at the National Palace of Culture in Sofia. Bulgaria's public broadcaster, BNT, made also known to public the 3 wildcards that will join the finalists.
18 songs have been performed tonight at the semi-final of Pesen Na Evrovizija 2007 (the Bulgarian national selection). A jury panel has selected nine out of 18 semi-finalists at a huge concert at the National Palace of Culture, in Sofia. These are:

Teddy Karetsova – Super fire
Sofi Marinova & Ustata – Ya tvoya (in Russian)
Mastilo – Getting crazy
Toni Dimitrova & Goresh Pysak – Say you would
Margarita Hranova – Moya lyubov (in Bulgarian)
Aksinia – Az znam
S-lavina – Higher (Balkan heart)
Dimitar Atanasov – Our way back home
BNT, Bulgaria's public broadcaster, has also presented the 3 wildcards, 3 other acts that have been specially commissioned for the final. These artists are:
Kotseto Kalki = The love and the freedom
KariZma – Fool for you
Elitsa Todorova & Stoyan Yankulov – Voda (Water)
The Bulgarian Final will be held on February 24th at the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, with the winner becoming the3rd representative of Buglaria at the Contest. Winner of the final will be determined by televoting.
Last year Bulgaria was represented in Athens by Mariana Popova and the song Let Me Cry but the country didn't manage to qualify to the final, ending 17th, which remains, however,Bulgaria's best result at the Eurovision Song Contest.
