The third heat of Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu, Finalnd’s selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest, was aired earlier this evening with six of the 12 competitors performing their songs.

Softengine became the first act to make it to the final after topping the scoring when the jury and public votes were combined.

Jasmin Michaela, Hukka Ja Mama, MIAU and  Dennis Fagerstrom all progress to the semi final, which takes place later this month, whilst Lili Lambert, and her song Let me take you there, finished last and is therefore eliminated from the competition.

Jury result:

1. Softengine 36
2. Hukka Ja Mama 35
3. Jasmin Michaela 29
4. MIAU 22
5. Dennis Fagerstrom 19
