The Executive Producer of the Eurovision Song Contest 2002 Juhan Paadam, who is also a member of the workgroup of EBU, has agreed to give advices to the Latvian Eurovision Song Contest 2003 organisers.
The Latvian workgroup and Paadam also talked about the location where the Eurovision 2003 will be held. Paadam approved the Olympic Stadium of Ventspils and the Skonto stadium, which needs to be covered with a compact roof.
They also discussed the security, accreditation and webcasting.
