Armenian broadcaster, AMPTV, announced that they will present their artist for the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, on 31 December.

AMPTV have chosen their artist internally and will be presented during a special TV show on New Year’s Eve. The artist will sing some of his/her hits but will not sing the Armenian entry. The actual song will be presented by February 2014.

Armenia was represented by the band Dorians in 2013 reaching 18th place in the final with the song Lonely Planet.
