Problems have arisen in Finland where Jan Wilde & Rose Avenue�s both entries for the 2007 Finnish national selection Soft is selling and Lover lover lover are widely available to download in the internet. YLE�s own rules forbid any public performance of the song before 11th February 2007 while the official EBU rules state that any participating in the Eurovision Song Contest must not have been played in public before 1st October 2006.

Jann Wilde & Rose Avenue, one of thetwelve chosen artists in Euroviisut,are in trouble with their songs. Both songs have been widely available to download for example in eMule file sharing, even if in live and demo versions only. Both songs seem to date at least to summer 2006 and have been performed on their live gigs as well.

YLE’s own rules forbid any public performance of the songs before February 11 outside Euroviisut semi finals and related radio programmes.Should they win Euroviisut also EBU rules must be considered.

Meanwhile the band has also announced a fifth member, Viljami, will be joining them for their Eurovision adventure providing backing vocals and additional keyboards. Maybe a good omen as also Lordi hired an extra backing singer for Athens, Thunderstone's Pasi Rantanen.
