Painted On Water – a musical duo consisting Sertab Erener and Demir Demirkan will be releasing a new EP next month.

According to their website, he Chicago based duo will be releasing pop-rock songs, unlike in their debut, which featured rather jazzy and Turkish folk tunes.

Tracklist

Six songs will be on the disc, whose title are the following:

  1. A new me
  2. Why do you love me?
  3. When I need you most
  4. Red in your blood
  5. Despite ourselves
  6. Hating you loving you

Each of the six songs was written by Demir Demirkan and Sertab Erener, and the vocal credit goes to Sertab Erener, and Jennifer Hall, who was the backing vocalist for the recording.

The exact release day of the Chicago Issue EP has not been revealed, so we will have to wait until November to listen to six new songs by the 2003 winner of the Eurovision Song Contest.
