Accreditation news for JESC 2006

RTV have released further information regarding accreditation for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Romania. The news is particularly directed at journalists from countries that are not competing at this year's event.

Junior Eurovision Song Contestaccreditation applications are open now until Friday 17th November 2006.

All journalists from countries that are participating in the contest should contact the Head of Delegations from their country and send them the information necessary for accreditation.

All the journalists from different other countries (countries that are not participating with an artist in Junior Eurovision Song Contest2006), that are interested in travelling to Bucharest for the event, are kindly asked to submit their accreditation applications directly to Romanian Television.

The information needed for accreditation is as follows:

  • Family name and first name
  • Nationality
  • Function
  • Medium (press – radio – television – Internet)
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • Fax number
  • Address (street, postcode, town/city, country)
  • Passport photo
  • Passport number
  • Passport expiry date
  • Press card number
  • Name of the company to which the journalist is attached
  • Address of the company (street, postcode, town/city, country)
  • General editor
  • Telephone number of the general editor
  • E-mail address of the general editor

All journalists interested in travelling to Bucharest, but have no delegation to represent their own country in JESC, have to submit the above information, together with a good quality photo to:

[email protected] or [email protected], before 17thNovember, 2006.

All accredited journalists will obtain their badges, having a valid ID from the Accreditation Centre in Sala Polivalenta, Bucharest. The Accreditation Centrewill beopen from 27th Novemberto 2nd December daily from 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM.
