Thank you to everyone who entered both our Nul Points and Gina G competitions this week. The response was high, with more than 400 correct entries received in time, and winners were chosen at random. Our 'nul points' competition gave readers the chance to win the new Tim Moore book, charting the careers of Eurovision 'nul pointers' courtesy of book publishers, Random House. We asked you:

1. Which was the most recent year when more than one country achieved the dreaded nul points,and which countries were they?Answer: 1997 (Norway and Portugal)
2.Which countries have managed to score two consecutive nul points in a row, and in which years did this happen? Answer: Netherlands (1962, 1963)and Germany (1964, 1965).
