Israel's Channel 2 will broadcast on Monday a new documentary film about the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest's winner, Dana International. This film follows her visit to Copenhagen last October, during the Eurovision Song Contest's anniversary show, Congratulations.
The film, A Diva Forever, follows Dana International's journey to Copenhagen, where her song Diva competed for the title of the best Eurovision song ever, together with 13 other songs last October. The film portrays Dana, 7 years after those glorious moments on the stage in Birmingham. It tells what happened to the singer since that unforgettable victory, which was a dream come true for her, but also reflects the disillusionment which came in the years after.
Dana International performed during the Congratulations show, but her song Diva only reached the 13th and second last position in the anniversary contest.
