With 292 points, the Lordi monsters won the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Hard rock hallelujah. Next year, we're most likely going to Helsinki!

The first winner of tonight is host broadcaster ERT, that managed to give Europe a wonderful night, full of memorable and highly professional moments. Esctoday.com would congratulate ERT for a great 51st Eurovision Song Contest! Unfortunately, top favourite Greece came 9th, with only one point less than dubuting nation Armenia. Diana Mnatsankayan, head of the Armenian delegation, is proud on her team and is "satisfied with the result".

In the greenroom, Anna Vissi took her loss as a professional artist; she made a small tour, having a word with all contestants. Carola meanwhile took time to shoot her own video in the greenroom.

Finland took the lead right at the start of the televoting and hardly gave away its position in the top. The final results;

1. Finland
2. Russia
3. Bosnia & Herzegovina
