Fabrizio Faniello who is representing Malta at this year's Eurovision Song Contest 2006 debuts at the 2nd position in Malta's cd sales chart. Fabrizio Faniello is also occupying the 11th position of same chart with his latest album Believe.
It is also worth noting that the cd compilation of this year's Maltese selection, Go mobile Malta Song for Europe 2006 is still occupying a top 10 placing at 6th position.
The Swiss entry If We All Give A Little by six4one enters the chart at 30th position, making it the first foreign Eurovision entry at this year's Maltese charts. Ira Losco, who placed 2nd at the Eurovision Song Contest 2002 is occupying 4th position of the same chart with her latest album Accident Prone.
Thanks to Chiara's positive result last year, Fabrizio Faniello has qualified directly to the finals of this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Athens.
