The Israeli representative who won the Eurovision song contest in 1998, Dana International,  with Diva and than represented Israel again in 2011 with Ding Dong has released a new single entitled What to do.

 

She is the third Israeli representative to win the contest  after Israeli victories 1978 and 1979.
