Yesterday night, Disco a la carte was hosted by OGAE Denmark at the Idratsfabrikken in Copenhagen. The highlight of the evening was cameo performances by as many as seven Eurovision Song Contest stars.

Sandra Kim (Belgium, 1986) sang her winning song J'aim la vie. She was followed by a surprise, Sertab Erener (Turkey, 2003) who sang her first place song Everyway that I can. Anne Herdorf (Denmark 1987) joined as well, singing her entry En lille Melodi

The program continued with another surprise; the lead singer of Riva (Yugoslavia, 1989) sang her Eurovision Song Contest winner Rock me in a new, updated version. Varvara, who participated in Russia's national selection for the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest, sang Letala da pela. The song brought her a big hit at home!

A real surpise was the appearance of Nicole & Hugo (Belgium, 1973), singing their Baby, baby, which came in 17th, but is tremendously popular with the party crowd. The final thrill was the ever popular Fabizio Faniello (Malta, 2001) who came to sing his 9th place finisher Another summer night. He also pleased the crowd with several of his new songs.

The party was a success with the DJ playing numerous Eurovision Song Contest hits, and the crowd singing along every word, especially with the performers.
