Congratulations: the predictions

Sertab Erener? Or ABBA? Or maybe even Mocedades… bookmakers and fans try to predict who will win the contest to elect the best Eurovision Song Contest ever. It seems to be impossible, but tomorrow night we will know the all-time favourite Eurovision Song Contest entry…

Bookmakers
The bookmakers are convinced of an ABBA victory, while Sertab Erener often comes second. France Gall and Nicole are not very popular among the bookies. Eres tu seems to be the biggest issue to doubt about. While Paddy Power puts the Spanish song on the 11th place (33-1), SkyBet predicts a third place (12-1).

Europrediction
Europrediction, an initiative of oikotimes.com, predicts Sertab Erener to win with Everyway that I can. ABBA is predicted to come second, the 1973 Spanish entry Eres tu will end up third according to the 2,200 voters. Save your kisses for me, What's another year and Fly on the wings of love are predicted to come last.

According to a poll, about 80% of the esctoday.com members will stay home to watch Congratulations. 10% will not stay home, 10% is not sure yet.

Other polls
Songfestival.web-log.nl visitors predict Sertab Erener to win, Mocedades to come second and ABBA to come third. Although the show is named Congratulations, Cliff Richard's Eurovision Song Contest entry is predicted to come last.
