Tonight the first heat was aired to select the Israeli entry for the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö.
Kdam-Eurovision was transmitted from the Broadcast TV Studios in Holon.
The three qualifying songs tonight were:
- Shany Zamir – Forever
- Ron Weinreich – Love is one
- Kathleen Reiter – Back to me
which qualify directly to the final, to be held on 7 March, while the 4th placed song
- Judah Gavra – We’re beautiful
goes the ‘Second Chance’ round, to be held on 3 March, where one song will get the 10th ticket to the final.
