The second rehearsal of the Macedonian representative Martin Vucic raised the level of satisfaction of the Macedonian delegation. The light effects, the finishing touch to Martin's entry Make my day, still have to be worked on.
“We are almost satisfied with the rehearsal,” said Ivan Mircevski, Head of Delegation of FYR Macedonia. “We had some complaints about the lights but we were told that they are not ready yet. The directing was okay, I suppose. The sound was excellent.”
Martin Vucic was asked what makes his day. “Reaching the final will make my day,” he said. Furthermore “my drums, smiling faces and beautiful girls.” The song Make my day was written by his father, Dragan Vucic, two years ago.
Martin explained how popular the Eurovision Song Contest is in his region. “The Eurovision Song Contest is very big in the former Yugoslavia. There is a competition among the countries but they support eachother,” he said. Head of Delegation Ivan Mircevski added that “it's not a conspiracy, though. It's entertainment!“
