Romanian pyrotechnics to be projected

During the Romanian entry in this year's Eurovision Song Contest semifinal, pyrotechnic images will be projected on the big screens to solve the delegation's dissatisfaction. Recently, the Romanian delegation got disappointed for the fact that real pyrotechnics were not allowed inside Palats Sportu and Luminita and Sistem frequently expressed their worries.

During the second rehearsal of Let me try, Luminita's vocal performance was not optimal. However, this might have been caused by minor sound problems.

“We can use our sparks again because a carpet has been put on the stage to protect the glass. We still cannot use pyrotechnics, but thats going to be projected on screens behind us”. Luminita and Sistem expressed their satisfaction with all the help they got to come to this 'solution'.

Luminita and her support act Sistem seem to be pretty confident to reach the final of the contest, although they consider Hungary and Norway as their most important competitors.

Security is tight inside and around the venue. Just as quite some of the journalists around, Robi gave an example of the tight security measures; “There was no problem at the airport, but when we tried to get into this building, they thought it was a bomb and called a policeman and a dog”.
