Irish singer Brian Kennedy has a busy year ahead.
The singer and heart-throb has announced a series of dates across Germany, Northern Ireland, England and Scotland. He is also due to appear as support for Celtic band Clannad on the British and German legs of their 2013 European tour.
Brian, a native of Belfast, has released ten albums so far. He represented Ireland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with the self-penned Every song is a cry for love. His performance of the song at the semi-final was the 1000th performance at Eurovision and he was backed by singer Una Healy, who later joined UK pop act, The Saturdays. He finished in ninth position at the final.
Since then, Brain has continued his support of new talent by taking the role of judge in the Northern Irish show Young star search, and as a vocal coach in the first series of The voice of Ireland.
