Dutch Eurovision Artists convention

On Saturday June 11th 2005, the Dutch Eurovision Artists foundation will hold the annual Dutch convention, De zomermiddag. For the fourth time, this convention will be held in De Meern, close to Utrecht in the centre of the Netherlands. The guest star of the convention will be Maribelle, who represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 1984 with Ik hou van jou.

The convention starts at 12.30 CET and will last until 17.30 CET. Next to Maribelle, Milly Scott (who represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 1966 with Fernando en Philippo ) and several artists that took part in this year�s Nationaal Songfestival will perform on stage. The latter group consists of Chantal, Femme Vocale, André Kuik, Barbara Lok and Yvette de Bie.

Next to all the performances, a record fair and a raffle will be held, the annual EA-Award will be presented to the winner and part 2 of the book Wanneer wordt het weer een beetje net als toen about the history of the Nationaal Songfestival will be presented.
