The first semi-final has just finished in Iceland and three songs have now qualified to the Icelandic final and are thus one step closer to becoming the Icelandic Eurovision Song Contest entry in Malmö.  

The three songs through to the final are (click on song title to watch video):

• Svavar Knútur Kristinsson & Hreindís Ylva Garðarsdóttir Hólm – Lífið snýst
• Eyþór Ingi Gunnlaugsson – Ég á líf

The second semi-final will air tomorrow, Saturday night at 21.00 CET (20.00 local time)
