TRM (Teleradio Moldova) has revealed to esctoday.com that the 2013 Moldovan Eurovision national final will most likely be held on 2  March.  The Moldovan broadcaster has informed esctoday.com that for the very first time foreign composers will be invited to enter the competition and submit their songs. The rules and regulations for the 2013 Eurovision national selection will be released in due course.

Moldova debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005 and is yet to win the contest. The country’s best placing was a 6th place in 2005 when they debuted at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev with Zdob Si Zdub’s Bunika bate toba!
