Yesterday Loreen performed in a show case event in Malta. In a forty minute show she was well received by the Maltese and Swedish fans who happened to be on the island.
This year’s Eurovision winner was accompanied with her five member band. The Swedish star performed songs like Yoga and last year’s Melodifestivalen entry My heart is refusing me. Loreen ended her show with the winning entry Euphoria. The Eurovision winning song topped many European charts and reached number three in the UK official singles chart.
This year’s Maltese representative Kurt Calleja did also perform together with his band. Apart of singing some commercial cover versions he also sang his entry for Baku; This is the night. The event was organised by standoutevents and took place at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre. The venue was used for this year’s Maltese national final.
Loreen left Malta early this morning as tonight she will appear in Helsingborgsfestivalen.
