Today, the running order for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2004 was determined by a draw. The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2004 will be held on 20th November in Lillehammer, Norway.
This is the running order:

03. The Netherlands | Klaartje & Nicky – Hij is een kei (He's great)
04. Switzerland | Demis Mirarchi – Birichino (Cheeky)
05. Norway | @lek – En stjerne skal jeg bli (I'm gonna be a star)
06. France | Thomas – Si on voulait bien (If we really wanted to)
07. FYR Macedonia | Martina Siljanovska – Zabava (Be happy)
08. Poland | KWADro – Lap zycie (Catch the life)
09. Cyprus | Marios Tofis – Onira (Dreams)
10. Belarus | Egor Volchek – Spjavajtse so mnoj (Sing with me)
11. Croatia | Nika Turković – Hej mali (Hey baby)
12. Latvia | Martins Talbergs – Balts vai melns (Black or white)
13. United Kingdom | Cory Spedding – The best is yet to come
14. Denmark | Cool Kids – Pigen er min (The girl is mine)
15. Spain | María Isabel – Antes muerta que sencilla (I�d rather be dead than simple)

Just like last year, Greece will open the contest. France and Switzerland are the new countries and join the 16 countries that participated at the first edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, last year in Copenhagen.
