The City of Burgas has unveiled the location for the Eurovsion 2027 Turquoise Carpet location.
The 2027 Eurovision Turquoise Carpet will be located at the iconic Sea Garden area on the shores of the Black Sea in Burgas. The event is scheduled to be held will be held on Sunday 09 May and will be broadcast live on tv on BNT.
The delegations and artists will walk the Turquoise Carpet which will be located at the Sea Garden on the very shore of the amazing Black Sea. Circa 1,000 Eurovision fans are expected to meet and greet their favourite artists. More details will be released in due course.
The Mayor of Burgas says:
The Turquoise Carpet will be in the Sea Garden area, on the very shore of the sea, in the city center there will be the Eurovision Song Contest, we have additional locations, in connection with what the meteorological situation will be like around Eurovision.
What will happen at the Turquoise Carpet?
During the Turquoise Carpet event, competing acts at the 2027 Eurovision Song Contest will be able to meet and greet their fans and the assembled press. The 2027 Eurovision hopefuls will be seen in their best attire and designer outfits.
At the opening ceremony, the Mayor of Burgas and officials from BNT, EBU and the City of Burgas will officially welcome the 2027 Eurovision participating countries, delegations and artists to Burgas.
The 2027 Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled on 11, 13 and 15 May at the Arena Burga in Burgas, Bulgaria.
