Moldova’s national broadcaster TeleRadio-Moldova (TRM) will still air the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. All three shows—the first semi-final, the second semi-final, and the grand final—will be broadcast live in Moldova, as revealed by the channel’s published programming schedule.

According to TRM’s publicly available television listings, the first semi-final will be broadcast today, 13 May, followed by the second semi-final on Thursday 15 May. The grand final will air on 17 May, with all three live shows scheduled to begin at 21:00 CET (22:00 local time). The broadcast is set to take place on Moldova 1, TRM’s primary national television channel.

While Moldova is absent from this year’s stage in Switzerland, Moldovan fans can still enjoy the show and support their favourite entries from across Europe. This move keeps Moldova connected to the Eurovision experience despite the country not competing, and it also leaves open the possibility of a return to the competition in future editions.

Moldova in Eurovision

Moldova has a long-standing history with the Eurovision Song Contest, having debuted in 2005 and achieved its best result in 2017 when SunStroke Project finished third with the energetic dance track Hey mamma. In recent years, Moldova has consistently qualified for the final, including an 8th place finish in 2022 with Zdob și Zdub and the Advahov BrothersTrenulețul.
