The City of Basel is gearing up in full steam for the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest 2025. The Eurovision bandwagon lands in Basel come May. A grand line up of former Eurovision acts have been line up to grace the Eurovision Village stage.

The 2025 Eurovision Village will be located in the heart of Basel, namely at Messe  Basel’s Hall 1 and will accomodate circa 12,000 guests. For the very first time in the history of the Eurovision Song Contest the Eurovision Village will be located in an indoor location. Entrance to the Eurovision Village will be free.

The Eurovision Village in Basel will run daily from 10-17 May from 12pm onwards. The Eurovision Village in Basel will consist of three different zones:

  • a large party zone with the main stage
  • a catering zone with a smaller stage
  • a ponsor zone with interactive experiences

Eurovision fans will be able dine, wine and party at the Eurovision Village and enjoy numerous activities.

Tanja Dankner, Odette Hella’Grand and Joël von Mutzenbecher will have the grand honour of hosting the Eurovision Village in Basel.

A grand line up of of former Swiss and international Eurovision acts will be gracing the Eurovision stage:

  • Remo Forrer (Switzerland 2023)
  • Luca Hänni (Switzerland 2019)
  • Timebelle ( Switzerland 2017)
  • Sinplus ( Switzerland 2012)
  • Anna Rossinelli ( Switzerland 2011)
  • Conchita Wurst (Austria 2014/ESC winner)

Numerous ESC 2025 competing acts will be also gracing the Eurovision 2025 stage much to the Eurovision fans’ delight.

ABBA Gold, Rednex, SNAP, local and international dj’s, local choirs and musicians will be also part of the grand programme of the 2025 Eurovision Village.
