Claude, the 2025 Dutch Eurovision hopeful, graced Eva Jinek’s show last weekend where he treated the Dutch audience to the first live performance of his Eurovision entry ‘C’est la vie’.
Last weekend Claude (Netherlands 2025) graced Eva Jinek‘s show ‘Eva’ where performed his Eurovision entry ‘C’est la vie’ live for the first time. Eva is broadcast on AVROTROS and NPO 1.
Claude has dedicated his Eurovision song to his mother. He comments:
C’est La Vie is a tribute to a parent and for me that is my mother. She taught me as a little boy and throughout my childhood to see the positive in the things you experience in life, even when you experience setbacks. Even if things seem very dark for a while, there is always a bright spot to focus on. That is exactly the message I want to convey. Life is not always easy; it goes up, it goes down, and around and around, but C’est La Vie!
Claude was selected via an internal selection to defend the Dutch colours at the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest in Basel.
