Crash boom bang! The MTV Europe Music Awards 2019 are over. As it has been the case in the recent past, many Eurovision former contestants were among the nominees. Who brought the trophy home? Let’s find out…

The MTV EMA 2019 took place last night in Seville. The Andalusian capital hosted many top-european performances. Yes, Rosalía was among the winners. Yes, Nicki Minaj and Billie Eilish both went home with a trophy. But also other notorious faces to Eurofans were in the spotlight last night. Let’s see how it went.

Bang! Give me your soldi

First: the Best Italian Act went to this year’s Eurovision runner-up Mahmood. Not a surprise for a singer who has been crashing recond after record since his triumph in Sanremo earlier this year.

 

Second: Maruv. The Ukranian enfant terrible and winner of Vidbir 2019 got herself a piece of revenge by winning the Best Russian Act.

Third: the Best Hungarian act went to Victor Kiraly, a former A Dal participant ( A Dal 2012, 2014, 2o18).
