Time for some summer craziness! The Georgian-Greek pop star Tamta, who represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest last May, is in front of her next professional step, with the release of her new single, titled Señorita.
Tamta tries her luck with a song that is rather beyond her usual music genres and belongs to one of the most popular Greek rappers, SNIK. Señorita was initially performed at the MAD Video Music Awards 2019 event, which was held last month in Athens.
The official music video of the track was released yesterday on YouTube and has already reached #1 on trending in Greece and more than 570,000 views in total. Once again, Tamta’s costume options confirm the “fashion icon” title that follows her throughout her career.

Tamta at Eurovision
In late 2018, the Cypriot broadcaster CyBC announced that the Georgian-Greek pop singer Tamta had been internally selected to fly the island’s flag at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv, Israel, with the song Replay, penned by the acclaimed Swedish-Greek composer Alex Papaconstantinou and his team.
The song was released in early March and quickly became a major hit in both Cyprus and Greece. In May, Tamta competed at the first semi-final and qualified for the Grand Final, where she eventually placed 13th with 109 points.
