Lithuania’s Eurovision 2019 selection Eurovizija 2019 is well on its way, as the country is all set for semi-final 1!
Tonight, Lithuania continues its national selection Eurovizija 2019, also known as Eurovizijos Atranka 2019. After four preliminary heats, the qualifyers are ready to take to the stage of semi-final 1. Broadcaster LRT is sure to present another dazzling show for the public, hosted by presenter Giedrius Masalskis and Miss Lithuania 2008 Gabrielė Martirosianaitė.

From tonight’s participants, four will qualify for the final of Eurovizija 2019 on Saturday 23 February. The four qualifiers will be determined by 50/50 professional jury vote and public televoting system.

Lithuania at Eurovision 2018
Ieva Zasimauskaitė won Eurovizijos Atranka 2018 and subsequently represented Lithuania at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon, Portugal. With the ballad When we’re old she eventually reached a decent 12th place in the Grand Final, receiving 181 points.
