Last weekend Lucia Perez the Spanish Eurovision 2011 representative was invited as a guest of honour at the 2011 Jerez Motor Grand Prix in Jerez, where she got a chance to experience the Spanish motorcycle championship. She was able to tour the stadium on a motorbike along well known Spanish champion Angel Nieto.

Lucia who hails from Galicia has been very busy preparing for her Eurovision performance, rehearsing and promoting her entry both in Spain and overseas. Lucia got the chance to visit the Jerez Motorcycle Grand Prix last weekend, where Angel Nieto a former Spanish champion,currently working as a commentator for TVE,had the chance to take her on a guided tour of the Stadium and show her the most important features of the competition. Lucia got a chance to meet the pilots and experience a motorcycle ride along with Angel Nieto.

Lucia expressed her joy and happiness after her experience in Jerez by saying " This has been an unforgetable experience. I hope my performanceat the Eurovision Song Contest in Dusseldorf in Maybrings as much joy and happiness to everyone as the motorcycles have brought to the Spanish people last year!"
