Iceland’s representative at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest, SVALA, recently presented her new solo single For the night.

SVALA has released a new solo single, For the night, a tune that perfectly fits those hot summer nights. Telling about how she gives in to a lover once again – if just for one night – SVALA presents beauty, body and sultry vocals in the official music video that was directed by Saga Sig (Saga Sigurdardóttir).

For the night was written in Los Angeles by SVALA together with her husband Einar Egilsson and American musician Ryland Blackinton.

For the night is also available on Spotify.

SVALA is also featured on the track Ekkert drama (“No drama”) together with female rap formation RVKDTR, and she will be releasing more solo material in due time, as she is working on a new album.
